- Eligibility: Our at-home dental diagnosis service is available to individuals residing in select areas of India. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our eligibility criteria.
- Appointment cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and UPI.
- Limitations: Our at-home dental diagnosis service is designed for routine dental check-ups and minor dental issues. If our dentist determines that you require more extensive dental work, we may refer you to our dental clinic.
- Liability: While our dentists take every precaution to ensure your safety and well-being, SmileBox is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of our at-home dental diagnosis service.
- Privacy: We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing our at-home dental diagnosis service. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
